Transcriptome profiles of neonatal mouse intestinal organoids with or without LPS sitimulation and tryptophan metabolites intervention

We performed RNA sequencing to identify the effects of tryptphan metabolites on LPS-stimulated intestinal fibroblast. Overall design: Neonatal mouse intestinal organoids were cultured from C57B/L6 mice on postnatal day 8 and were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 100 µg/mL), ILA or IAA (each at 6 µM), and/or CH223191 (1 µM), based on the experimental conditions for 48 hours.
