GraphChIAr example input datasets for GM12878 CTCF interaction prediction

This record provides lightweight example input datasets for testing the GraphChIAr workflow for GM12878 CTCF-mediated chromatin interaction prediction. The files include a 10 kb GM12878 Hi-C file in .hic format, a GM12878 CTCF ChIA-PET file in .hic format, and a GM12878 CTCF ChIP-seq bigWig signal track.

These files are derived from publicly available datasets and are provided only as compact example inputs because the original public datasets are too large for rapid code testing. The original data sources and accession numbers are listed in the supplementary tables of the GraphChIAr manuscript.
