Three sequence datasets, all derived from genome skimming of Hoya, Dischidia, Oreosparte, Papuahoya and related genera (outgroups: Jasminanthes and Marsdenia). a single copy of all exons is included, except accD, ycf1 and ycf2. The datasets are: unaligned sequences, mafft aligned sequences and trimal trimmed alignments.Only exons over 90 bp were used for the published phylogeny, but shorter exons are also included in this dataset.
