The scRNA seq was performed on day 12 of hiPSC-cardiomyocyte differentiation protocol with 3 different conditions of telomere length at the hiPSC stage, namely- long telomeres, intermediate telomeres and short telomeres. The analysis showed expected clusters of the mesodermal lineage but a shift of clusters was observed depending upon the telomere legth status of the parent CRISPRi TERT hiPSCs used for differentiation Overall design: The scRNA seq was performed on day 12 of hiPSC-cardiomyocyte differentiation protocol with 3 different conditions of telomere length at the hiPSC stage, namely- long telomeres, intermediate telomeres and short telomeres. This was performed in a doxycycline inducible CRISPRi TERT hiPSC line.
