发现林火后首要任务就是要确定有没有火(火的发现:火(火线)的图像识别)和火在哪里(火的定位:火(火线)的坐标、海拔标定),本研究采用无人机装载高清摄像头、数字红外测温系统、高光谱成像系统,手持GPS+全站仪+PDA(笔记本电脑),智能标绘方法等3S高新集成技术,实现对初发森林火灾现场数据的量测,及时发送森林火灾预警信息,精准确定着火点位置。
The primary task following the detection of a forest fire is twofold: first, confirming the presence of a fire (fire detection: image recognition of flames and fire lines), and second, locating the fire (fire positioning: coordinate and altitude calibration of flames and fire lines). This study adopts 3S high-tech integrated technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with high-definition cameras, digital infrared temperature measurement systems and hyperspectral imaging systems, as well as handheld GPS devices, total stations, PDAs (laptop computers) and intelligent plotting methods. These technologies enable the measurement of on-site data for initial forest fires, timely dissemination of forest fire warning information, and accurate determination of ignition point locations.
