For neoantigen discovery in non-small cell lung cancer, whole exome sequencing and RNAseq was performed on 15 adenocarcinoma and 9 squamous cell carcinoma patients. The raw sequencing data is deposited here. DNA and RNA were extracted from tumour tissue that had been obtained fresh and immediately snap frozen in liquid nitrogen. Germline DNA and RNA were extracted from autologous PBMC.EGA study EGAS00001005499
