Colonization of the Ovary and Metastasis of Fallopian Tube Derived Cancer

This experiment was designed to compare changes in the transcriptome of fallopian tube epithelial cells plated on two-dimensional and three-dimensional collagen. Overall design: Murine oviductal epithelial (MOE, oviduct is equivalent to the fallopian tube were plated on two- or three-dimensional collagen for 6 hours.
