Data Carpentry Image Processing Data

These files are intended for use with the Data Carpentry Image Processing with Python curriculum (https://datacarpentry.org/image-processing/). Files will be useful for instructors teaching this curriculum in a workshop setting, as well as individuals working through these materials on their own.

This curriculum uses a variety of example images, chosen to illustrate different concepts and techniques in image processing. Several of the images might be described as biological or scientific - e.g. bacterial colonies, plant seedlings and root clusters, well plates - but others are of common objects, e.g. remote controls, paper shapes, etc.<br>
