Lower Eyre Peninsula; creating a healthy environment and community together

The activities the team will be involved in are all designed to teach a basic set of skills that can be transferred to any of the industries currently found in this area. Structured activities in the project to implement the projectÍs purpose include:
- Revegetation
- Weed control
- Seed collection
- Data compiling and subsequent collation

These activities will be coordinated and overseen primarily by the Green Army's group supervisor with the support of expert staff from Natural Resources Eyre Peninsula and City Council of Port Lincoln provided as in-kind. Expert staff will provide the Green Army with inductions at each site, and some training and demonstrations to support the respective activities. Natural Resources Eyre Peninsula and City Council of Port Lincoln staff will be instrumental in assisting the supervisor with work planning.
