In this project samples of shrimp hemolymphs of different weights, both healthy and diseased, were sampled and feron samples worked as both direct and cocultivable samples. The production and export of "white shrimp" Litopenaeus vannamei correspond to the main socio-economic activities of the Tumbes and Piura regions. However, they are affected by various pathogens, mainly viral and bacterial. Litopenaeus vannamei is associated with bacteria at the level of the digestive tract, hepatopancreas and cuticle; But it has been classically considered that hemolymph of healthy individuals should be completely aseptic; Being the presence of bacteria an indication of septicemia. In studies related to the microflora of the hemolymph of crustaceans have generally been based on in vitro culture-dependent techniques, leading to the identification of some major genera of Gram-negative bacteria such as Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, Pseudoalteromonas, Shewanella, Alteromonas, as well as of Gram-positive bacteria such as Bacillus. In this present work, the metagenomic sequencing and analysis of the microbial diversity of direct and co-cultivable hemolymph samples of healthy and diseased prawns were carried out through independent cultivation of a commercial farm in the Tumbes region. The taxonomic analysis of 941 species belonged to 17 Filum revealing the dominance of Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Bacteriodetes, Cyanobacteria and Deinococcus-Thermus respectively. Our metagenomic sequencing data indicate a low prevalence of the Vibrio genus in the direct hemolymph samples, unlike those that are cocultivable in enriched broths; Indicating that in vitro co-cultivation leads to an overvaluation of species of the genus Vibrio without detecting numerous bacterial types that are non-cultivable or hardly cultivable and are present in this hemolymphatic tissue.
