We have extensively characterised the clonal expansion and tumours in the mouse oesophagus by genetic lineage tracing, immunofluorescence and gene expression array analysis. We would like now to investigate the genotype of lessions and surrounding areas to find which pathways are mutated that promote tumour initiation.
