Sanger Sequencing of FLNC Gene in homo sapiensPeripheral Blood Samples

The first generation sequencing technology is used to determine the DNA sequence, and the sequencing of the human genome is based on the first generation sequencing technology. This method is highly accurate, simple and fast, and has high practical value for the identification of genetic disease genes of small and medium-sized samples in clinical practice. This study is based on this method to directly verify the unique rare mutation sites on FLNC gene, providing theoretical and technical support for the diagnosis and follow-up treatment of DCM.
