This dataset documents nine U.S.-derived SARS-CoV-2 isolates (<b>8 from Puerto Rico</b>, <b><i>1 from Michigan</i></b>) collected in late 2023 early 2024 that carry high-confidence escape constellations against the monoclonal antibody pemivibart (VYD2311). All nine sequences harbor ≥4 of the five canonical resistance mutations (R346T, S371F, K444T, F456L, F486P) and were identified through the <b>Pemivibart Structural Vulnerability Index</b> (<b>PSVI</b>). Includes full spike amino acid sequences, metadata, PyMOL visualization scripts, and Python code for composite figure generation. This evidence demonstrates that pemivibart resistance was genetically encoded in circulating U.S. lineages prior to the antibody’s Emergency Use Authorization (March 2024).Study by: Tahir HB<br>
