<b>Contact maps from Langevin Dynamics simulations</b>-augmented data

This study leverages computational chemistry and artificial intelligence methodologies. It uses CNN machine learning techniques to identify and locate different types of DNA knots from chromosomal contact maps. The dataset includes training, validation, and test data of contact maps classified according to different knot topologies.
