Russia's Low-Level Agents in Europe, 2022-2025

Open-sources based data on the low-level agents (aka 'disposable agents') that Russia has been using to carry out sabotage, influence operations, and other form of covert action / hybrid warfare against Europe since the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Two types of data are made available; a dataset with information on the characteristics of the 'disposable agents' themselves, and insights derived from social network analysis. All information has been anonymised.
