集成基础地理信息和农村公路路网基础数据，利用地理信息系统技术（GIS）将农村公路路段、桥梁、安防设施、POI点分图层叠加到GIS地图中，集成基础地理信息和农村公路路网基础数据，全量汇聚农路建管养运全生命周期数据及路网监测视频等资源。

This dataset integrates basic geographic information and basic road network data of rural roads. Using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, it overlays rural road segments, bridges, safety facilities and POIs onto the GIS map in separate layers, and fully aggregates the full life-cycle data covering the construction, management, maintenance and operation of rural roads as well as resources including road network monitoring videos.
