Data: Social network predicts susceptibility to respiratory infection in a wild chimpanzee group

1) A network adjacency matrix based on 5-meter proximity data on male chimpanzees over the course of a 3-month study period ("5m network adjacency matrix.csv")<br>2) Data file on individual chimpanzees, including social network metrics, age, neighborhood within the community, dominance status, and whether they showed clinical signs of respiratory infection during the study period.
