This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing consumer-related data of smart weighers from Shanghai-based customers, with the objectives of understanding customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences toward smart weighers, assessing the market viability of this product, and enabling all enterprises in the industry to formulate targeted production strategies and better provide users with personalized products and services. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' purchases of smart weighers. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to support subsequent analytical work. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data via the following formula: P={a1(minimum single-order quantity)/b1(minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2(maximum single-order quantity)/b2(maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3(average single-order quantity)/b3(average single-order consumption amount)} * k Where k is the consumption coefficient that differs across provinces. According to industry experience, the k value for Shanghai is set to 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers (high, medium and low) based on the calculated demand score: customers with a score above 50 are marked as "high-grade", those with a score ranging from 30 to 50 are marked as "medium-grade", and those with a score below 30 are marked as "low-grade".
