Dataset for Nuclear export of DENV-2 nonstructural protein 3 (NS3)

This is the dataset for: Exportin 1 pathway inhibition up-regulates nuclear and mitochondrial localization of dengue virus non-structural protein 3. The zip file contains six folders: raw data on the mean nuclear fluorescence intensity of the DENV-2 NS3 protein and the cellular control that is exported via XPO1; cyclin B1 data that validate the pharmacological inhibition of nuclear export; and data that validate the pharmacological inhibition of nuclear export. In addition, they include the original transmission electron microscopy images of uninfected and infected cells during nuclear export inhibition, as well as images of gold-labeled cells showing the nuclear, cytoplasmic, and mitochondrial localization of NS3. Likewise, the original Western blot images and their densitometry are shown, which validate the subcellular localization of NS3. In addition, we attach the raw data from the morphometric analysis of the mitochondria (from electron and confocal microscopy images) during treatment with nuclear export inhibitors. Finally, the raw Delta-Delta CT data for IFN beta, PGC1a, and viral genes during treatment, along with viral titers (PFU and FFU), are shown.
