资源简介:
This study aims to explore the gene expression patterns and their potential regulatory mechanisms in the placenta on embryonic day 11.5 (E11.5) in mice, through transcriptomic sequencing. As a critical exchange interface between the mother and fetus, the placenta plays a crucial role in embryonic development. Utilizing high-throughput RNA sequencing, this research will provide a detailed description of the transcriptomic features of the E11.5 mouse placenta. Additionally, by comparing the transcriptomes of placentas from both control mice and their genetic knockout counterparts, the study aims to identify key genes and signaling pathways that may influence placental function and embryonic development. Through these analyses, we hope to better understand the biological functions of the placenta in embryonic development, provide data support for related developmental biology research, and offer a scientific basis for addressing potential maternal-fetal health issues in clinical settings.
