Characterization of the functional differences observed by the absence of FOXP3 in CD8+ T lymphocytes. Highly purified OT-1 Foxp3Scurfy and OT-1 Foxp3wt T cells from the corresponding BM chimeric mice were isolated and left unstimulated or stimulated with SIINFEKL peptide for 6h in culture medium.
