Locus-Shift Reddening Data for Interstellar Dust in the Milky Way

FITS file containing galactic reddening information for 450406 Healpix pixels at N_side 256. The data was produced by analyzing the photometry of ~50 million stars from the Pan-STARRS 1 Survey.
