The salt concentration screening of kiwifruit showed that low concentration of NaCl affected the growth and eruption of adventitious budsWhen NaCl concentration was 2g/L, the growth of 'Xuxiang' kiwifruit was significantly inhibited.The tissue culture seedlings of 'Xuxiang' were treated with salt stress for 24, 48 and 72h with the same concentration of NaClTranscriptome data analysis, from which 8,257 differentially expressed genes were screened.
