资源简介:
Nanocrystals (NCs) functionalized with capping ligands can be assembled analogously to the atoms into longrange ordered superlattices (SLs), in which novel collective properties arise by varying composition, shape, and size of the NCs. Lead halide perovskite NCs are promising building blocks for such SLs due to their unique optoelectronic properties. Furthermore, ligand interactions between NCs can be used to control interparticle spacing and lattice symmetry. Obtained binary LHP NC-comprising SLs with precise inter-NCs
spacing have been characterized with transmission electron microscopy, and systematically studied for novel optoelectronic properties. The collected grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering pattern would confirm a high degree of the in-plane and the out-of-plane order of the multiple-component SLs. Moreover, the calculated experimental lattice parameters would allow us to determine the interparticle distances within SLs and make a correlation with optical property
