Traffic Obstructions

Traffic Obstructions purposefully block, obstruct, impede, or otherwise interfere with the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic. They are roadway design features which are placed upon a street or roadway in order to block or restrict traffic from entering into, or exiting from, or both, any street. Used for traffic calming. Some examples would be medians, traffic islands, and curb extensions.
