Infocurul and ISU: App and user satisfaction index

IFLAPARL 2024 Annual Conference (Madrid, 17-18 October), Day One, Second session. Slides of the presentation regarding the app installed on the curules (seats of MPs) that brings an immediate way to ask requests to the information and analysis services from the comfort of their seats at the Plenary room in the Mexican Chamber of Deputies, and the lessons learned from its implementation. The presentation also includes feedback from users, MP’s and their staff, as well as the general public, the lessons learned, user satisfaction index, and its impact on planning services that efficient meet the needs of MP’s.
