Transcriptome Sequencing of Goat Adipocytes in Northwest A&F University

We used transcriptome sequencing to screen the key regulatory genes for the transdifferentiation of goat mammary preadipocytes into epithelial cells. We used the medium of goat mammary epithelial cells cultured on Matrigel to induce the transdifferentiation of preadipocytes, and the serum free medium was used as the control group. After 8 days, the preadipocytes induced to transdifferentiation on the Matrigel and the preadipocytes in the control group were collected for transcriptome sequencing. To reveal the transcriptional regulation mechanism of goat mammary pre adipocytes transdifferentiation into epithelial cells.
