Electronic communications identifiers

The data file shall identify legal persons who are assignees, custodians of numbering resources or identified in computer exchanges between electronic communications operators and who, for that purpose, need to be assigned a unique identifier. You can find at the end of this page the documentation of this open data. ### Date of data The files are updated weekly. The date on which each of the files is updated is indicated on Arcep’s extranet: [https://extranet.arcep.fr/communications-electroniques/identifier-ce](https://extranet.arcep.fr/communications-electroniques/identifier-ce). ### File Format All files are complete exports, in csv format (encoding: ANSI, separator: ;), which contain all the information specified at the date of extraction (no delta) and whose first row is a header row that contains the name of the column field.
