Fecal microbiota of DSS-treated mice colonized by Exophiala dermatitidis

To determine the effects of Exophiala dermatitidis gavage and the activation of CARD9 signaling on the microbiota, including bacteria and fungi, we evaluated the gut fecal bacteria and fungi in DSS-treated mice (DSS group), DSS-treated mice colonized by Exophiala dermatitidis (DSS+Ed group), and mice with Exophiala dermatitidis-aggravated colitis that administered the CARD9 inhibitor BRD5529 (DSS+Ed+BRD5529 group).
