Estimation of emissions from all industry sectors of the main air pollutants (Sulphur Dioxide SO2 — Nitrate Oxydes Equivalent NO2 — Particulates under suspension PM10 — Fine Particulates PM2,5 — Benzene C6H6 — Non-methane Organic Composition COVNM — Ammoniac NH3 — Carbon Monoxide co- Arsenic As — Cadmium Cd — Nickel Ni — Plomb Pb — Pb) Units are expressed in kg/year for administrative units associated with EPCI. The figures provided are taken from ATMO Grand Est’s V2021 inventory. The vast majority of the methodological elements used come from the work carried out jointly by the Federation ATMO France, CITEPA and INERIS in the framework of the Pôle de Coordination National des Inventories Territoriaux (PCIT) led by the Directorate-General for Energy and Climate of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition and published in the Methodological Guide for drawing up territorial inventories. This is a complex technical guide to promote methodologies for the development of inventories of pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions at territorial level. The information presented here comes from the new version of the guide (version June 2019), validated by the Ministry for Ecological and Inclusive Transition. Exceptions are to be taken into account for the following EPICs: EPCI 200070332 “CC of know-how”: Only the data of the municipalities located on the territory of the Grand Est shall be taken into account. For data from the municipalities of La Quarte (70430), La Rochelle (70450) and Ouge (70400), please contact ATMO Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. EPCI 200067213 “CU du Grand Reims”: For the municipality of Cormicy (51171) which merged on 1 January 2017 with the municipality of Gernicourt (02344) formerly in Aisne (Hauts-de-France region), only data from the municipality of Cormicy before merger are taken into account.
