RNA-Seq of overexpression and knockdown of the snoRNA jouvence on human cells culture

The goals of this study was to describe the role of the new snoRNA jouvence on human cells (in culture). We report the transcriptomic analysis (RNA-Seq) following either the overexpression of jouvence and its knockdown by siRNA. In brief, the overexpression of jouvence increases the cells proliferation, whose present a genomic signature of dedifferentiation of the cells. Inversely, the knockdown of jouvence, by siRNA, decreases cells proliferation, through an important decrease of ribosomal genes, as well as of the genes involved in the spliceosome.
