资源简介:
This experiment is to assess the changes of maize genes expression in response to Fusarium graminearum stains wild-type PH-1 and ?cfem1 mutant. F. graminearum is the major casual fungal pathogen of Gibberella stalk rot on maize. Overall design: Three biological replicates of two-month-old maize stalks at 24 hours post water treatment were named water-rep 1, 2, 3, used as control. Three biological replicates of two-month-old maize stalks at 24 hours post PH-1 infection were named PH-1-rep 1, 2, 3. Three biological replicates of two-month-old maize stalks at 24 hours post ?cfem1 infection were named ?cfem1-rep 1, 2, 3. Total RNA extracted from water-rep 1, 2, 3 and PH-1-rep 1, 2, 3 and ?cfem1-rep 1, 2, 3 were used for library preparation. The RNA sequencing was performed at GENE DENOVO. The libraries for sequencing were prepared using NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit. RNA sequencing was performed using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 machine to obtain 150 nt paired-end reads.
