Files relative to MDoodz7.0 code used in Geffroy et al. paper entitled "Deformation and exhumation in thick continental crusts induced by valley incision of elevated plateaux"

All the files allowing to reproduce the results of this paper can be found in the « CODE » directory. In order to run the simulations, please refer to: https://github.com/tduretz/MDOODZ7.0. To run the reference model, use the input file named "RiverTomLowerCrust.txt" which can be found in the INPUT_FILE directory. The input file is set in order to run the reference model at a resolution of 500 meters. To run all the others models, with incision velocity variation and changes in rheological properties of the crust, please refer to the "README.txt" file which can be also found in the INPUT_FILE directory. The Matlab file entitled «Outputreader.m» can be used to read the Output files (and to produce the figures of the paper). This file is available in the « READ_FILES » directory.
