Datasets, models and scripts from "Present and future habitat suitability of Mediterranean black corals under climate changes"
收藏资源简介:
Data files → Include the datasets used for the Species Distribution Models (SDMs). Each file (namespecies.csv), corresponding to a different species, contains decimal coordinates: Latitude N (“lat”), Longitude E (“lon”), and “Presence” (1 for recorded presence; 0 for recorded absence). Records restricted or not publicly available are not included. All coordinates are provided in the WGS84 geographic coordinate system (EPSG:4326). Models files → Contains the final calibrated models for each species, organized in species-specific subfolders. Each subfolder includes R objects saved in .rds format (gam_model.rds and rf_model.rds) representing the fitted models. These objects retain all model components and parameters. Scripts files → Include, for each species, two types of scripts: “namespecies_SDM”: provide the SDM workflow, including pseudo-absence generation, extraction of environmental predictors from raster layers, variable selection (correlation analysis and dredge), model calibration, cross-validation, and generation of habitat suitability maps in GeoTIFF format. “namespecies_Future_Projection”: provide the workflow to produce future habitat suitability projections based on the calibrated models and projected environmental variables, including the generation of maps in GeoTIFF format. All the analyses were performed in R (version 4.4.1). Raster predictors were aligned to a common spatial resolution (100 m) and extent prior to analysis to ensure consistency across models.
