This dataset contains brightfield and fluorescence images of cells detected from fingerprints from 14 different contributors. Fingerprints were obtained by pressing finger or thumb onto a modified glass surface for 10 seconds. Prints were then stained with GelGreen using 200ul of a 3X dilution in sterile water. Each slide was incubated at 40degC for 30 minutes and rinsed with 2mL of water. Individual image files are labeled by sample ID, and magnification (10x or 40X). Brightfield and fluorescence images of the same field of view are labeled with consecutive numbers.<br>
