Detection and evaluation of mating-type specific region using progenies of Closterium peracerosum-strigosum-littorale complex.

Genomic sequences of several progenies of heterothallic Closterium peracerosum-strigosum-littorale complex were obtained. These sequences will be mapped to parents' genome scaffolds to detect mating-type specific chromosome region.
