This spreadsheet contains three sheets. “Patient frame coordinates” contains the measured and ground-truth virtual endoscope coordinates for the patient videos. “Marker position errors” contains the distances between measured and ground-truth marker positions in the marker phantom. “Bolus contour errors” contains the mean absolute distances between the measured and ground-truth bolus contours in the bolus phantom.
