Supplementary data for "COATi: statistical pairwise alignment of protein coding sequences"

Contains all the data and results generated from comparing COATi to other aligners as described in "COATi: statistical pairwise alignment of protein coding sequences". <br> Directory raw_data contains a list of human and gorilla homologous gene IDs and 16800 gene pairs downloaded from ENSEMBL. <br> Each of tri-mg, tri-ecm, mar-mg, and mar-ecm contains all the results and intermediate files from comparing each respective COATi model to other aligners. Inside each folder: - Directory data contains the intermediate and auxiliary files created by the pipeline.
