杭州市第七人民医院2024年精神分裂症专病数据集

该数据集为杭州市第七人民医院在精神分裂症诊疗服务过程中产生，覆盖30余种ICD-10精神分裂相关诊断编码，集成人口学信息、诊断信息、一般检验、检查报告、医嘱记录、门急诊病历、住院病历、入院记录、出院记录、生命体征等全链路字段，共12个标准化数据元信息，可用于真实世界研究、药物疗效评价、AI预测建模及卫生经济学评估。此次登记数据集不包含14周岁及以下患者数据。This dataset was generated by Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital during the diagnosis and treatment services for schizophrenia. It covers more than 30 ICD-10 diagnostic codes related to schizophrenia, integrates full-chain fields including demographic information, diagnostic information, routine laboratory tests, examination reports, medical order records, outpatient and emergency medical records, inpatient medical records, admission notes, discharge summaries, vital signs and other relevant contents, totaling 12 standardized data elements. It can be applied to real-world research, drug efficacy evaluation, AI predictive modeling and health economic evaluation. This registered dataset does not include data of patients aged 14 years and younger.
