Whole genome sequencing of F2s of wild-type and pearlscale goldfish

Here, we performed whole genome sequencing (WGS) of F2s of wild-type and ornamental pearlscale goldfish (Carassius auratus). WGS of respective F0s and F1s was also performed. The samples were sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform P4 flow cell (150 bp, paired-end reads) at the NGS High Throughput Genomics Core at Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan.
