The Florida Tech Wireless Sensor Network System (FIT WSNS) measured and recorded pressure, temperature and wind data during the passage of Hurricane Ian from 2022/9/27 to 2022/9/30. The FIT WSNS deployment consisted of 17 pressure sensors with sampling rate (SR) = 10Hz, 1 reference pressure with SR = 10Hz and 2 R.M. Young anemometers with SR = 1Hz. They were deployed on a residential house in Satellite Beach, Florida (GPS LOC: 28°10'33.5"N 80°35'41.8"W). The goal of this deployment was to measure surface pressure loads on the building components and compare to reference and ASCE 7 specification values.
