The datasets include sample ratios of plastid DNA marker in tracheophytes, angiosperms, gymnosperms, and pteridophytes, respectively. Plastid DNA data are obtained from the GenBank database (until September 2023), including 891 plastid DNA markers. For details of the datasets, please refer to Method 1.4 of the linked paper.
