This dataset includes whole genome sequencing files and raw data from growth curves, motility assays, and live-cell imaging, accompanying the manuscript submission "Beyond Bacterial Paradigms: Identification of Lipoprotein Biogenesis Machinery in Archaea." It also contains the CellProfiler output and aspect ratio calculations for the live-cell imaging experiment. This dataset can be used to reproduce the results described in the manuscript.
