This research is related to the isolation of lactic acid bacteria from honey and bee pollen from various stingless bee species in various regions in Indonesia. Some of the lactic acid bacteria found have potential as probiotic candidates, having antibacterial, antifungal and antibiofilm activities. The purpose of this research is to obtain bacteria that have the potential for application in the functional food industry.
