X-ray diffraction images and tensile testing results of 16 NiTiTa alloys

The "NiTiTa" folder contains synchrotron X-ray data of 16 different NiTiTa alloys in the annealed condition as well as the standard CeO2 sample used for instrument calibration. Alloy compositions are listed in the related paper. folder "NiTiTa 900C HEAT TREATING.is_tcyclic_RawData" contain raw tensile testing data of alloys heat treated at 900C. "NiTiTa 500C heat treating raw data" contains tensile testing raw data of alloys heat treated at 500C.
