Project Description:The goal of this project is to comprehensively explore the transcriptomic landscape of Lactobacillus Reuteri through high-throughput sequencing and transcriptome analysis. We aim to gain deeper insights into the regulatory mechanisms, functional pathways, and biological processes operating within Lactobacillus Reuteri by capturing and analyzing gene expression dynamics genome-wide.
