Chemotaxis related proteins from Achromaium genomic and metagenomic data

In the course of studying the chemotactic response of Achromatium, all available genomic and metagenomic data from the organisms were investigated for related proteins. This dataset provides the identified chemoreceptors and includes the Python script used for parsing the data from the Inerterproscan analysis. We additionally provide the script used to calculate and depict the solute diffusion as shown in Fig. S1.
