20160824-CyTOF Analysis of Acute Injury Time Course in Skeletal Muscle

To capture the progression of myogenesis in vivo we employed CyTOF to analyze the cellular and molecular dynamics during the course of an Acute Injury Time Course. Conclusion: Unsupervised X-shift analysis of the myogenic compartment during the time-course of recovery from acute injury was instrumental in visualizing the spatial relationships between muscle stem cells and the newly identified progenitor cells, and in uncovering a dynamic myogenic trajectory that delineated cell-state transitions.
