A Lower limb bioheat COMSOL Multiphysics® (Massachusetts, USA) model. The model is based on the computed tomography dataset acquired from the Cancer Imaging Archives (Subject ID TGGA-CV-A6JU) [1,2,3] This COMSOL model simulates the peripheral thermal behavior using Pennes bioheat equation and by considering blood flow in the main arterial structure.
