Vascepa protects from diet induced glucose intolerance and insulin resistance in mice. We used microarray to determine the effect of Vascepa on hepatic gene expression in a diet induced obesity model. Livers were isolated from male C57BL/6 male mice treated with Vascepa for 7 days followed by high fat diet feeding for 6 weeks.
